Mindfulness doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s the small, everyday moments that have the biggest impact. Here are a few mindful habits you can incorporate into your routine—without changing your schedule
Pause before responding. Take a deep breath before reacting in a conversation.

- Use "mindful reminders." Set an alarm to take one deep breath every hour. 
- Do one thing slowly. Eat, drink tea, or even wash dishes at a deliberate, unhurried pace. 
- End your day with gratitude. Before bed, reflect on one thing that made you smile.
